Prioritize your health with Brittni Bukacek PT, DPT

I believe that effective recovery requires looking beyond the immediate site of pain to treat the whole person. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced specialization in pelvic health and pain neuro-reeducation, I look deeper—combining the latest research-supported techniques with a deep commitment to individualized care.

True healing requires more than just standard exercises. My approach integrates specialized clinical techniques—including dry needling, visceral mobilization, and manual therapy—to address the complex connections between your internal systems and musculoskeletal function. This comprehensive perspective allows me to help patients who have often felt "stuck" or plateaued in traditional physical therapy.

Approach

My practice is built to be the antithesis of "corporate PT." Instead of 30-45 minute sessions largely spent with a therapy tech and followed by a surprising $400–$800 bill, I provide:

  • Dedicated 60-Minute Sessions: Every minute of your appointment is spent one-on-one with (me) a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

  • Advanced Interventions: High-level manual therapy, dry needling, visceral mobilizations and neuro re-education tailored to your specific biology.

  • Transparent Care: No hidden fees or "tech-led" treatments—just targeted, high-value intervention designed to get you results faster.

Providing you complete comfort

All of your appointments will take place in our soothing clinic with a private treatment room.

Meet Brittni:

My journey into specialized physical therapy began with a foundation in high-performance movement. While competing as an NCAA Division 1 cross-country and track athlete at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, I developed a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and complexity. I love working with athletes of all ages, abilities, aches and pains. After earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UW-Milwaukee in 2016, I spent several years treating medically complex patients in ICU settings—an experience that sharpened my clinical skills in the most high-stakes environments.

However, it was my own preparation for the birth of my son that truly transformed my career. Navigating the world of pelvic health firsthand ignited a passion to help others understand this vital, yet often overlooked, aspect of well-being.

Today, I combine my background in kinesiology and intensive care with specialized training from the Myopain (dry needling), Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, American Physical Therapy Association, Thoracic Ring Approach and Corrective Exercise Solutions (Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist 3.0). I am dedicated to providing the most current evidence-based, trauma-informed care for patients of all genders and ages. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, navigating muscular changes following huge hormone shifts, with goals to return to high-level running, I am here to help you bridge the gap between "healing" and truly thriving.

Testimonials

  • "ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I learned more in my evaluation than I had from drs in over 10 years. Brittni was so knowledgeable and so thorough. I mean, she took the extra time to explain everything to me. This physical therapy wasn’t like going to Hospital physical therapy this was like a completely different experience. I felt like I was the only patient of the day. All of it was absolutely worth it is all I can say. I would recommend absolutely anyone to go there!"

    -Kristen

  • "I've been going to PTs, massage therapists and chiropractors earnestly for the past 25 years. In the past month I have experienced more mobility improvement than I have at any other clinic. Brittni asks questions and listens to every detail and delivers on treatment. The dry needling and prescribed exercises have returned me to a mobility I have not experienced for over 10 years. Brittni's care and concern are extraordinary. Thank you."

    -J

  • "You have a style of the more holistic approach treating the whole body. Myofascial and kinetic/biotensegrity model or chain integrative approach vs typical robotic/treat one body part. That is hard to find in a therapist."

    -KC

  • “Labor went as smoothly as it could. I only pushed for just under one hour and had 0 perineal tearing!!! So thank you so so much for all of the pelvic floor work you helped me with. I learned so much. In fact that was one of the first things I said to my husband after delivering our daughter was how grateful I was of everything you taught me.”

    -A

  • "I did the exercises you'd given me for the different stages until I was 10 cm and then everything went very fast! I pushed for 14 minutes total and the entire time the OBs were like "whoa! Your control is awesome!" Very little pain/effort. It felt like she birthed herself and I breathed her out. Truly so so so much credit to you! Everything went a million times better than my first delivery. Thank you!"

  • "Finding Brittni was one of the most beneficial assets while on my health journey! I was experiencing some issues that I thought may be pelvic floor related. Since going to Brittni I have learned so much about women’s health and how connected everything is within our bodies. Brittni provides a safe place to really deep dive into what you are experiencing and is so incredibly kind and sensitive to your needs. She is there to listen and offer emotional support while also giving you real concrete actions to help your body. She even went as far as meeting with my main physical therapist to create a cohesive all encompassing plan to make sure I was getting the most out of my sessions! I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Brittni!!"

    -Erin

  • "Brittni is very knowledgeable, empathetic, approachable, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and goals. I saw her postpartum for pelvic floor health and to safely rebuild strength to help me return to high-intensity exercise. She immediately made me feel comfortable and sent very helpful notes following my sessions so I didn’t have to worry about remembering everything. I feel confident in the plan she’s created for me and look forward to seeing my progress. I highly recommend Brittni!
